. Rock salt
. Aloe Vera
. Honey
. Rose petals
. Baking soda
. Any essential oil
HOW TO MAKE
Take a bowl and add about 8 teaspoon of powdered rock salt. Add to it 1 teaspoon of baking soda now go ahead and add about 2 teaspoon of crushed rose petals add 2 teaspoon of aloe vera gel and about 4 teaspoon of honey enough to bind the mixture together and to the final mix add about 6 to 8 drops of rose essential oil now mix it all together Transfer this mixture into a container and it's able to use.
HOW TO USE
Wash your skin properly. Apply this mixture on your whole body and gently scrub in circular motion remove all the dead skin cells off.Wash if off using cold water.Scrubbing is an integral part of bathing and must be included twice a week into your shower routine.
